THE BLUE MOON – A RARE ASTRONOMICAL EVENT

With a large proportion of young people entering the job market each year, the gap between employer expectations and the lack of experience in candidates is likely to exacerbate unemployment among recent graduates. 5. Additionally, layoffs continue to affect Vietnam's labor market, following global trends and raising concerns about job security. According to Vieclam24h, more than 2,500 banking jobs were eliminated in the first half of the year, with similar cuts in the retail, manufacturing, real estate, and IT sectors. Entry-level workers, who typically have minimal experience, represented 62.3% of those who lost their jobs, highlighting the challenges faced by this group in Vietnam's labor market.
